Manage campaigns from launch to closeout

Create a campaign, map links, publish a Campaign Hub, optimize destinations, and preserve a clean reporting history.

Create a campaign and map links

A campaign groups related links under one schedule and reporting scope. Campaigns can be Scheduled, Active, Completed, or Archived. Campaign analytics follows the links currently assigned to the campaign, so assignment is part of your reporting model.

  1. Open Campaigns and select New campaign.
  2. Enter the Campaign name, choose a Start date, and either choose an End date or turn on Run continuously. A Start date is sent as local midnight; a selected End date is sent as 11:59:59.999 PM in your browser's local timezone, then stored as UTC. Campaign status changes when that stored instant is reached.
  3. Open Advanced campaign setup when you need Tags, UTM attribution, or reporting Metadata, then select Create campaign or Save changes.
  4. Assign a link from its link details using Assign campaign, choose an Active or Scheduled campaign, and select Save assignment. You can also select links in bulk and edit their campaign assignment.
  5. For a scheduled campaign, confirm the notice that the link will begin redirecting when the campaign starts.
  6. To remove a link, open its Organize area, set Campaign to No campaign, and save the assignment. In the single-link dialog this action is labeled Remove from campaign; bulk editing uses the No campaign option and an update button.

Publish the Campaign Hub

  1. Open Campaign Hub for the selected campaign. In Publish settings, use Preview, turn on Publish Campaign Hub, optionally turn on Show QR on the public page, and select Publish Campaign Hub.
  2. In Public links, show or hide eligible links, edit each public title and description, and move links up or down. Save the published Hub. Hidden links remain in campaign analytics.

Configure Campaign Autopilot

  1. Open Campaign Autopilot when one campaign link should route traffic across two to four destinations. Set the conversion goal, add or edit variants, install the attribution snippet where the campaign starts, install the conversion snippet only where the selected conversion occurs, and select Save Autopilot.
  • Autopilot needs the configured minimum impressions and confirmed conversion events before winner guidance can appear.

Choose what happens when the campaign ends

  1. Open Campaign closeout and choose Stop links, Branded campaign-ended page, or Redirect to a replacement. For a branded page, provide the Headline, Message, and optional button fields. For a replacement, provide the Replacement URL, then select Save closeout.
  2. When an active campaign must end immediately, select Stop campaign, review the saved closeout outcome, and confirm. A scheduled campaign cannot be stopped before it starts; edit its schedule instead.

Best practices for reliable campaign reporting

  • Assign links before launch and use a stable campaign name, tags, and metadata for client or channel context.
  • Test one assigned link before publishing the Hub. Check the scheduled start, destination, UTM query string, and closeout preview.
  • Use Campaign Hub for a curated visitor page, Autopilot only after the conversion signal is installed, and closeout when every old QR code or short link needs a deliberate end state.
  • Archive only after the campaign is complete. Restore a campaign before editing it.

Troubleshooting

  • Campaigns or Campaign Hub are missing: confirm the active workspace is on Pro or Teams and that the team subscription is active.
  • A link cannot be assigned: only Active and Scheduled campaigns accept assignments. Completed and Archived campaigns must be restored or replaced.
  • The Hub shows no link: the link may be inactive, archived, deleted, expired, or hidden. Public links must also be publicly usable.
  • Autopilot is still learning: each destination needs the configured minimum impressions and confirmed conversion events before winner guidance can appear.
  • Visitors see the wrong end state: open Campaign closeout, verify the selected outcome and URL, save it, then retry after the campaign redirect cache refreshes.
