Choose a plan and manage billing

Understand the Pro trial, plan entitlements, upgrades and downgrades, and separate Teams billing.

Start with the Pro trial

New accounts receive the complete Pro toolkit for 14 days without a credit card. During the trial, campaigns, advanced analytics, exports, and other Pro features are available according to the current account state.

  1. Open the trial notice and select Start exploring Pro, or select See upgrade options when you are ready to choose a paid plan.
  2. Use the current trial end date shown in the notice as the source of truth for your account.
  3. Before the trial ends, choose a paid personal plan or continue on Free. If the trial ends without an upgrade, links stay in place and the account moves to Free limits.

Plan entitlements and best practices

Compare plans for current prices and limits. The selectable reporting ranges are Free up to 14 days, Starter up to 90 days, and Pro and Teams up to 180 days. Campaigns and advanced analytics require Pro or Teams.

  • Free: basic link and click-trend workflow, personal Profile, branded QR codes, and a 14-day reporting range.
  • Starter: 14 profile link or media slots, Standalone Pages, account-wide and per-link QR colors, longer basic reporting, and organization features, but no Campaigns or advanced analytics.
  • Pro: Campaigns, UTM defaults, Campaign Hub, Autopilot, closeout, advanced analytics, exports, read-only analytics sharing, secure AI workflows, and Smart Paste for Chrome. It also includes Standalone Pages, profile scheduling, custom QR logo, and QR colors.
  • Teams: shared Pro link, campaign, analytics, and branding tools inside a separately billed workspace for up to 5 total members.

Upgrade, downgrade, or open billing

  1. Open Settings in the workspace whose subscription you want to change.
  2. Choose the current plan action, such as Choose Starter, Choose Pro, or Open billing portal. Follow the confirmation text before continuing to checkout or Stripe billing.
  3. Upgrades unlock the new limits immediately and may charge a prorated difference for the rest of the billing cycle.
  4. Downgrades are scheduled for the end of the current billing cycle. You keep the current plan and limits until then, and existing links stay active.
  5. Switching to Free cancels the paid subscription at period end; it does not immediately remove existing links.

Manage Teams billing separately

  1. Create or select the team workspace first. A personal subscription cannot be converted into Teams billing by changing the personal plan.
  2. As the team owner, open Settings and select Start Teams billing or Restore Teams billing. The subscription belongs to the workspace, not to each member.
  3. Members can keep personal plans unchanged while using the shared team entitlement. Only the owner can manage team billing.
  4. If Teams billing is inactive, members can inspect the workspace but write actions remain blocked until the owner activates or restores the subscription.

Troubleshooting

  • A Pro feature is unavailable during a trial or after checkout: refresh usage in Settings, confirm you are in the intended workspace, and check the trial or subscription status shown there.
  • A longer analytics range is unavailable: it exceeds the active plan reporting-range cap. Use the pricing comparison before changing plans.
  • Teams checkout cannot start: create a team workspace first. A team member who is not the owner must ask the owner to manage billing.
  • A downgrade seems delayed: that is expected. Paid access remains active through the current billing cycle; check the scheduled change in Settings or the billing portal.
